Chris Squire, founder and bassist of Yes, at 67 of leukemia.

Squire was perennially listed as among the best rock bass players in the 70s and 80s.

That sucks. Yes was my go to band when coming down from an acid trip in my youth.

The first time I did LSD, I saw Yes in the round in '78 or '79. It was fucking intense.

Wow. That would be great. They sounded really good on psychedelics and always conjured up great visuals for me.

I'm still bumming about Chris Squire. Damn I loved that dude's playing and his vocal were awesome. He was the key to the whole damn band. He's debatably my favorite bass player ever.

Before any new dead person makes it into this thread, I just want to say I appreciate the reflections on Chris Squire.

I don't have as much time for music these days. On a whim late a couple of nights ago, I thought I'd give one classic Yes song a listen as a sort of remembrance. I picked "Yours is No Disgrace." And damn, the range of Squire's work on that ONE SONG ALONE is better than nearly anyone else's lifetime achievement on the instrument -- from walking bass lines to cutting-edge melodic lead riffs.

Amazing. So glad I got to see him in the band decades ago.
IS THIS THE GAME THREAD???

God did I love Cindy Mancini. No girl ever looked better than she did in that movie.

Yep.

Never realized that she was so close to my age. I would have stalked her more if I knew that

This stuff has been known for a while. I saws the Subway he went to. It wasn't a dorm really, just apartments above it. Yeah he basically just walked down because it was close. At this point I don't know if they need Jared anymore. I got to Subway just because its not fried food.

Edit: I guess I didn't see the suspected child porn part, just him renting out porn in college.

Here's what TMZ has to say about it:

Quote

7:30 AM PT -- We've obtained the criminal complaint against Taylor ... and it says police recovered a 4 GB thumb drive and his employer, the Jared Foundation, was listed in a file name. Inside that file was a folder labeled, "Good stuff." Cops found a bunch of child pornography in that folder.
Since Taylor mixed work files with child porn ... it could explain why the FBI is searching Fogle's home. Jared himself, is not mentioned in the docs police found at Taylor's home office.

It doesn't sound all that bad after all. But you're correct in that Subway will likely want no part in having him appear in their commercials anymore, despite what appears to have actually happened.

Uncle Paul is standing in line at Subway as we speak. Poor misguided old pederast.

Why do people even label their shit like this? #1 who keeps porn on their computer anymore? Redtube bro. #2 Who would keep mediocre to below average porn on their computer anyways? If i'm taking the time and file space to download this shit it better be good.

About 15 years ago, I was the investigating officer for a soldier who had downloaded pornography to his government computer. He had two separate files of photos that he downloaded. One file was called "Good Stuff". That one had a range of photos that included "transsexual adults".

The other file was called "More Good Stuff". That one included about 300 pictures of very young looking women. The FBI helped me with that one. They had these people who could study the pictures (taking measurement of the body types to determine age) to determine or make a guess at the age of the people in the pictures.

Neither file was fun to look at as his tastes for porn were way out there.

Around here MILF is basically any single girl now at age 28. They're either nuts or have a kid or both.
