Would Jeter move them to Brooklyn? Miami can only sell out a stadium of 5,000 or less.

I would love that and it would be smart for a new/old location.

I haven't been in the Marlins' new park but from the outside it's awful. It looks like and extra-terrestrial turd.

That stadium is a goshdamn nightmare on the eyes. Most of the new stadiums are at least decent, but every time I look at that one, I think, "What the hell were they thinking?"

It's a mess.

My guess is no on Brooklyn, because both the Mets and Yankees would probably fight it, as well as maybe MLB, which seems to have made growing the Latino interest a high priority. Plus, I'm pretty sure Jay-Z's Nets are drawing poorly in Brooklyn, so I doubt any other pro franchises move there.

They don't have to fight it, just deny it. They both have territorial rights.

Cocksucking Cincinnati Reds jump on Milwaukee 10-1 and now are about to blow the lead.

Those bastards live to screw the Pirates one way or the other.

Held on to win though.

This is the beauty of the long baseball season. The Brewers never were for real. They're finding their place now.

I cannot fucking believe the Pirates are still in this.

Instead of enjoying it, it actually makes me angrier, because if this organization actually gave a shit and added 1-2 pieces this past offseason, we may have been able to win this division clean.

Cutch was not in this afternoon's lineup and now Polanco has exited the game.

Polanco and Marte find more ways to miss games.

At what point does Neal just cut Benoit? He absolutely loves acquiring shitty bullpen guys that make a lot of money (in reference to Pirates payroll). I could be wrong but I think they are paying him over three million dollars to toss meatballs.
Utah, get me two.

I believe Benoit was a NH/Nutting reverse salary dump special. The Phillies are paying pretty much all of his remaining salary so that they got slightly better prospects from the Pirates.

Oh...and Starling Marte needs to go back on the juice and figure out how not to get caught. That way he can go back to being a major league player again. In the 93 at bats since he came back, he has five extra base hits. All doubles.

No bat speed at all.

Walker close to being dealt to the brewers
Jose Tabata, Pedro Alvarez, and Andrew McCutchen are the new Jason Kendall, Brian Giles, and Kevin Young (in his prime) players that are good, but surrounded by crap which will make them losers.
Who needs a good team on the field when you have fireworks and bobbleheads!

Would've loved to have had him back. Instead we have Benoit, who cost more than a PTBNL.

Two teams in the exact same position. Milwaukee fills a hole with a very solid veteran player. The Pirates...do essentially nothing.

Come now. We got Kontos and what water cooler in the league won't fear us with Serpico back

Can't complain about Kontos so far but yeah...this team is bullshit.
