Fleury and Mike Smith are your probable goaltenders.

The Penguins are allowing just 26.1 shots per game, third-lowest in the NHL.

Steven Stamkos leads the NHL in goals and points.

BOP right now is getting some lotion and pulling down his pants.

I wonder who is more in love with who:

BOP with Asham

Or

DJF with Stamkos

Brent Johnson should be in net again, in my opinion.

Godard out, Staal not back yet. Tampa looks to be without several guys, most notably Gagne and Ohlund.

Asham = Hated, no talent goon for the Flyers last year, now turned to jerking off material for Pens fans this year.

Shouldn't you be trying to figure out which arms the Pirates' top prospects throw with rather than oozing slime over here?

Shouldn't you be busy figuring out what side of your mouth you're talking out of? Last year, you guys called him a no talent goon, now you can't wipe the jizz off your face fast enough to hide your glee.

Please find one post calling him a no talent goon.

Pjoma must be new to sports.

I think just about everyone here would cheer for Ray Lewis if he played for the Steelers. Just like you'd touch yourself to have Sidney Crosby on the Flyers.

So you are essentially admitting that you have no evidence to support your claim that people were calling Asham a no-talent goon last year, huh? Your descent to monarchian levels has been both swift and certain.

If Cindy became a Flyer, I would end my 40 year following of the team until he was gone. Now, Mario in his prime?.......point taken.

I'm not even one of the people that rags on you, but this is a pretty poor job on your part. Make something up that nobody said, and then when asked to prove it, just post an annoying picture. I really can't figure out why anyone gives you a hard time....

No you wouldn't. You'd slurp his nuts and love him. Just like every person here would love Alex Ovechkin if he were a Penguin.

This is also the same mindset that keeps the Flyers in the 60's style of play and their fans captaining the douche-dinghy

I absolutely would. Although your Ray Lewis example would be a little more problematic, because I really hate him. I'd probably treat him the same way I do Ben, cheer for him to help the team but still remain cognizant that he is a tremendous douchebag.

Wait, you don't stop following your baseball team after they suck for 18 consecutive years to historic levels, but should your hockey team ever acquire one of the best players in the game, you do?

That makes sense.
"The business of baseball is to make money, not break even. I don't understand why you think the Pirates should run their team like a charity." - Willlton 6/18/2009

"The Bay trade doesn't look like it (a slam dunk winner), but if you take into account the fact that all they lost was eight months of Jason Bay's services, as well as the fact that even the Red Sox look like they won't be able to re-sign him, it's not nearly the loser many people seem to think." - tWTM 11/26/2009

"Morton is finding himself, now while this may sound weird and out there, but the fact he put on a solo concert at Piratefest shows he finally has the confidence that he lacked within himself that he didn't have in the lower minors." - aso513 2/8/2010

"Dave Littlefield vindicated." - Xiga 4/30/2011 after one scoreless inning of relief by Daniel Moskos.

"Hanrahan and Cedeno would be a gross overpayment for Belt. Sorry, but I'll stick with my realistic analysis of the market and the teams involved." - Steve Zielinski 5/25/2011

"He (Barmes) could have a .000 Batting Average and still be an asset." - bradlej31 5/28/2012

"The last time the Pirates won an extra-inning game in St. Louis that lasted at least 16 frames was April 20, 1986 at Chicago." - Kristy Robinson 8/19/2012

"I want to tweet something clever and interesting to you that will earn your respect and make you smile, since you do that to me all the time." - jpbucco to Colin Dunlap 4/12/2016

"If the Pirates had acquired Giancarlo Stanton from the Marlins, Iím not sure they would have ďwonĒ the Benedict trade." - David Todd 11/11/2015

Yes, I agree this. That's a better way to put it.
