Sure hope there are some adjustments made. it's only a matter of time at this point.

I guess it's easy to say now that it's 3-0, but the 1st period hardly felt like a beat down. The shots and ice were tilted a bit but Columbus didn't have amazing scoring chances.

It feels like Sid hasn't left the ice. That's how involved he has been at both ends. He is amazing.
Baseball is like our nation's government.. They are both horribly broken and unfair systems.. ZING!

Watch. Fleury is going to get hot, and end up running this team through the Eastern Conference.

Yep. I love Fleury but Murray is better now....Either way, awesome that the Pens have a "backup" goalie like MAF.

In a strange way that was a good way to have to use MAF. No warning, so no time for his mental demons to get going. Game 1, so as low risk as a playoff game you can get. Whether he can take that outing and keep it in his head for game 2... well I guess we can hope.
I am nevertheless too sensible of my defects not to think it probable that I may have committed many posting errors.

I always turn to the sports pages first, which records people's accomplishments. The front page has nothing but man's failures.

When the Pens get secondary scoring from guys like Rust and Bonino, they are pretty tough to beat.

A tip of the cap to MAF. Great fucking job.
Utah, get me two.

You left out secondary scoring from that 1 goal in 20 games Phil Kessel guy.
You're pretty on the inside,
That's better than not pretty at all,
You're pretty on the inside,
Too bad I'm an outside kinda pretty guy.

+1

I agree.

I also feel like Fleury had a huge chip on his shoulder from not being able to contribute to the Cup run last year. I'm a huge Murray fan, but I would take Fleury game-by-game. If he keeps playing hot, then ride the hot hand.

This "playoff" thing sounds exciting. Baseball should get one.

MAF is too inconsistent. Like I said before, he's like the little girl with the spit-curl. When he's good, he's real good. But when he's bad, he's throw your remote through the TV bad. As long as Murray is out, all we can do is hope like hell MAF stays hot as long as possible. But this team's Cup hopes ride on a healthy productive Murray.

Is there a way to stream ROOT sports for the pens? It doesn't look like I can do so through my DIRECTV account. Will the NHL Stream black me out?
