Settling for fast food joint expecting terrible service, but then you get there and the regional manager or some person is there. And the service is excellent because they have to put on a good show.

So does that include skull fucking whores or do I need to add that entry? I try to avoid redundancies.

I'd say those are two different things, so that should be a separate entry.

I'm certain that Wilbur and the folks from BucsDugout that are exploring CIA for the first time, are enjoying this thread.

During the same week getting two job offers. One doing programming work for about a 50% raise, the other being a full time brewer. I would say tough decision but I went with the money but I am also going to be organizing the brewery, retooling recipes and weekend brewing. So best of both worlds!

(if anyone would like to give me suggestions on beer styles to put into the roster let me know)

Nice.

I do have a great milk/sweet stout recipe (Ol' Sweetie) and it's the base for my coffee stout so that could be a twofer.

Oh... I would imagine Wilbur isn't discriminating on who is receiving, as long as he is giving.

Little things -- sports, music, family, friends, even this place, etc. -- can make me briefly content.

But truly happy? I'd say nothing, and it has been that way for far too long. Thankfully, I'm talking with someone and trying to remedy my problem.

Don't mean to be a Debbie Downer ... just answering Maletto's question as honestly as possible.

I just want to note that Jeff King does not specify the gender (or species) of the giver.

Front-row or close-to-the stage seats at outdoor rock concerts where there is also an ample supply of young female eye-candy, a beer in my hand, and a Jeff King-like buzz still going strong from the pre-concert tailgate.

And the wife at home.

if you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with...

loose women

oh and beer

plus there's running and my garden

hmmm, steak, prime rib, bacon, golf, the beach, reading a good sci-fi book, breaking things and trying to re-build/fix them, organizing things so I'm more efficient... hell there's a bunch of things.
You're pretty on the inside,
That's better than not pretty at all,
You're pretty on the inside,
Too bad I'm an outside kinda pretty guy.

Lots of things make me really happy:
My dog - and all dogs, really
My wife (usually)
My family (also usually)
Good times with good friends
A good comedy film
A good action film
Concerts
Comic books
Playing the guitar, even though I suck - I just like to play around with it
Drawing
Building and painting plastic models
Trivia
Games (board games, video games)
Watching/playing sports
That UPMC commercial with the mentally impaired kids riding the toy horses and just being happy
Not being hassled and just left to do my own thing
Being right
Seeing people get what I feel they deserve...both good and bad.
