I think you're looking for the NBA thread.
You're pretty on the inside,
That's better than not pretty at all,
You're pretty on the inside,
Too bad I'm an outside kinda pretty guy.

I respect the decision to switch it up and go with Murray. Hopefully the offense can take the pressure off him by scoring 1 or 2 early.

There's been a ton made out of Fleury and our beaten down defense, but our offense has been complete shit this series. That needs to change rapidly. Get some shots on net, and hope for some deflections. That's playoff hockey.

Missing Hornqvist is huge though. Beyond him, the Pens don't really have a set player to park in front of the net and hope for some deflections.

Let's have a good night here without any throwdowns, and cheer the Pens and motherfucking Archibald to victory.

This Canadian chick singing the National Anthem is hawt.

Dammit. "Mur-ray" sounds just like "FLeu-ry", so these Canadian bastard fans can use the same exact chant.

Well, it's over 1:00 in and the Senators haven't scored yet, so this is already better than Game 3.

Murray was huge on at least the one.

He appears to show no rust from his time off. Good start so far.

I like that the Pens aren't dicking around trying to find the perfect shot, and are simply putting pucks on net. With as dialed in as Andersen is, it's probably going to take a deflection to get by him.

Olli, yinz bitches!
"We’ll be comfortable adding one (starter),” he said. “We’ll be comfortable adding nobody if it’s just not there. We don’t feel we are driven to force it. If we can add one that makes sense for us, that’s great. If we can add two that make sense … then we do that.”
Opie Taylor. In a decisive moment.

So....how does Ottawa not receive a penalty there?

I thought in the NHL, if there was blood on the face, it was an automatic penalty.

Josh Archibald. Little guy (I call him "Tiny Archibald"). He got a few games with the club during the regular season. Super fast, good forechecker, good PKer. More finish than Kuhnhackl and Rowney, which isn't saying much. He's the perfect 4th liner in Sullivan's system.

So there was a high stick and an elbow to the head and that team got a power play

I'm not as fanatical about some people about getting rid of all the physical and defensive aspects of hockey and trying to turn it into basketball, but anything to the head has to be an automatic penalty. You wanna clutch and grab in the neutral zone or hip check a guy behind the play, whatever. That shit never gave anyone Alzheimer's for the rest of his life. Hits to the head are a different story.
