Man there's someone else too... maybe even on this same day. I think he committed suicide the night before his band was leaving on a US tour. If only I could remember his name. I feel like if it was three and a half hours ago I'd be able to remember it.

Not sure. Remember the genre of music? That might help.

Apparently Cornell came back out for his encore last night, played some dark Led Zeppelin song which was odd for him and when he went back to dressing room his wife was concerned so a couple of his stage hands went to his dressing room and found him.

Yeah, I thought that might be the song when zimm mentioned it (and originally a blues/gospel song cause, you know, led zepp steals from spirit/everyone). Anyway I was curious how they sounded so I found it on youtube. At least one of the commentors say they have played this before in the chorus of whatever soundagrden song it was (something called slaves and bulldozers? I don't know, I'm not a soundgarden fan), but here it is:

I always compared him unfavorably to Sean Connery. But I liked him better than more recent Bonds.

No homo.

He was quite a bit more campy and his films were a bit more on the fun side. But I would say that Daniel Craig has been better. On the plus side, theme songs from the Moore era were the best.

I am nevertheless too sensible of my defects not to think it probable that I may have committed many posting errors.

I always turn to the sports pages first, which records people's accomplishments. The front page has nothing but man's failures.

Never cared too much for Roger Moore as Bond. I'd put him better than Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnam, but no higher.

He just always looked and acted too old for the role. I think he would've been good as James Bond's dad, but it always felt creepy when he was hooking up with girls half his age.
