eh, they did it before with Carol in the prison. We won't hear anything about it for an episode or 2 and then he'll randomly show up. Someone else brought up an interesting point, no major character has ever died on their own, there was always someone else there to witness it. The only 2 situations were Merril and Sophia and they both showed back up as walkers.

"The business of baseball is to make money, not break even. I don't understand why you think the Pirates should run their team like a charity." - Willlton 6/18/2009

"The Bay trade doesn't look like it (a slam dunk winner), but if you take into account the fact that all they lost was eight months of Jason Bay's services, as well as the fact that even the Red Sox look like they won't be able to re-sign him, it's not nearly the loser many people seem to think." - tWTM 11/26/2009

"Morton is finding himself, now while this may sound weird and out there, but the fact he put on a solo concert at Piratefest shows he finally has the confidence that he lacked within himself that he didn't have in the lower minors." - aso513 2/8/2010

"Dave Littlefield vindicated." - Xiga 4/30/2011 after one scoreless inning of relief by Daniel Moskos.

"Hanrahan and Cedeno would be a gross overpayment for Belt. Sorry, but I'll stick with my realistic analysis of the market and the teams involved." - Steve Zielinski 5/25/2011

"He (Barmes) could have a .000 Batting Average and still be an asset." - bradlej31 5/28/2012

"The last time the Pirates won an extra-inning game in St. Louis that lasted at least 16 frames was April 20, 1986 at Chicago." - Kristy Robinson 8/19/2012

"I want to tweet something clever and interesting to you that will earn your respect and make you smile, since you do that to me all the time." - jpbucco to Colin Dunlap 4/12/2016

"If the Pirates had acquired Giancarlo Stanton from the Marlins, Im not sure they would have won the Benedict trade." - David Todd 11/11/2015

I just watched Supergirl with my 8-year-old. I didn't hate it, and Supergirl is easy on the eyes, even if not quite stacked enough to satisfy the board-consensus preference for D cups.

In a TV thread? That don't make no sense. And everyone besides Ed in the football thread refuses to acknowledge the last two weeks. Now I'm sure most of the talk anyway would be, "They beat the shitty Titans and Texans so it's not impressive." But, being up 41-0 at half against any team is impressive. Having said that, I will be back in only if they beat or give the Pats a good game this Thursday. Oh, and Tannehill is better than you thought he was, admit it.

He's had two good games this year: Jax/Hou, both those teams suck at pass defense.

He's great

Yeah if you don't think he played well in the Tennessee (2nd best against the pass in the NFL) game then you know nothing. Now tell me he wasn't good because he threw two int's, one on a perfect pass that Cameron dropped and the other when Cameron ran the wrong route. Your opinion on a guy you never watch play really means nothing in the end.

Now back to Walking Dead talk.

instead of question that, why not bring up a different show if you don't like talking about The Walking Dead?

I have as Penguin referenced. I'm sure it's a great show just too far behind to get into it now and I also read V2's post for some reason and spoiled shit.

Is this a new tv show? I'm not familiar, but it sounds fucking horrible.

What if you dressed everyone in aqua and coral, set it in the 80s and cast Don Johnson in the lead role?

Now it sounds like a show I'd be willing to stay home on Friday nights to watch. Assuming ABC doesn't bring back their TGIF lineup.

There was also some discussion of American Horror Story in the end of last year's thread but it hasn't migrated over yet (I'll admit I'm two episodes behind)

Right now my non-sports watching is this:

(1) Dr. Who
(2) Walking Dead
(3) American Horror Story: Hotel

everything else is going right into an overfull save for later bin and I'm already 2 episodes behind in AHS

Since no one talks about Dr Who that limits me to the Walking Dead.

I did watch some Chopped: After Hours during commercials of the World Series.
