Even if they all went back to Alexandria, Morgan is naturally faster than everyone else.

Um... what??? There were hundreds of walkers in that scene. Absolutely no way that's possible.

and it's definitely not that I'm pissed that he's dead, it's just that his death in the comic series was probably one of the most important events to date. I know the tv series doesn't follow the comic (Daryl exists, Dale and Andrea died really early, Carol didn't, etc) but I figured that was one of the things that they would have left the same.

he could have crawled under the dumpster, giving someone enough time to find him, that's the only thing I can think of. If they do a hallucination or dream sequence that would be cheesy as shit

That would be a huge improvement over the idea that he simply hid beneath a body. And yet still awful.

I would have loved if the guy he was with resorted back to his old ways and tries to kill Glenn. Can you imagine them being cornered and Nicholas tries to shoot Glenn, who ducks just in time and does something bad ass, like leg sweep Nicholas right into the herd of walkers? It doesn't get Glenn out of the situation but it eliminates his biggest threat of the last 6 or 7 episodes.
If Glenn does end up on the ground, the only plausible way he survives is by getting under the dumpster and somehow maneuvering it out of the crowd of walkers.

eh, they did it before with Carol in the prison. We won't hear anything about it for an episode or 2 and then he'll randomly show up. Someone else brought up an interesting point, no major character has ever died on their own, there was always someone else there to witness it. The only 2 situations were Merril and Sophia and they both showed back up as walkers.
