Its the summer league where it is mostly made up of D1 and D2 players, and some semi-pro league players... a lot of the players in our league go and play in the Frontier league, its just a good solid baseball league.

We have some 18yr old kids who are going D1... we had a kid on our team who really reminds me of Tim Lincecum and Roy Oswalt... his name is Tom Popadak he is going to Ohio State, he is only like 5'7 and the kid throws 96... big league curve and a really good splitter. Once he learns the art of pitching he is going to be really good... we worked a lot this summer on his situational pitching and when to throw things like the hard curve compared to the big slow hook.

All that said, its a really great league. Wood Bat, and very competitve.

And bucco... i can hit 92mph... im not allowed to throw again till the end of may... (as stated before on this site, i had a partially torn rotator cuff and a minor tear in my deltoid) so surgery is done, and rehab is in place
